A UX design concept for a mobile ticketing app tailored to an indie movie theater in El Paso. Conducted extensive research including personas, empathy maps, user journey maps, competitive audits, and user flows — culminating in lo-fi and hi-fi wireframes.

Cathedral High School Website
Led the UX research and redesign proposal for Cathedral High School's website as Director of Admissions. Conducted a competitive audit of nine Lasallian schools, identified user pain points across four audiences, and delivered a full navigation restructure and sitemap. The proposal was paused due to diocesan contractual constraints, with plans to implement once the current contract ends.
